كيف تلغي اشتراكك
الإلغاء آلي بالكامل ولا يحتاج التواصل معنا. أوصي بهذا المسار:
- ادخل صفحة حسابي وسجّل دخولك.
- اضغط "إدارة الاشتراك" بجانب اشتراكك.
- تنفتح بوابة العميل في تبويب جديد — اضغط Cancel Subscription.
💡 قد لا تعمل الروابط داخل إيميلات معالج الدفع أحياناً بسبب فلاتر مكافحة الفيروسات. لذا المسار من حسابك على المنصة أضمن.
بعد الإلغاء
- تحتفظ بصلاحياتك المدفوعة حتى نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- لا تُخصم منك أي مبالغ مستقبلية.
- تعود حسابك تلقائياً للخطة المجانية لاحقاً.
- يمكنك الاشتراك مجدداً في أي وقت.

How to Cancel
Cancellation is fully automatic — no need to contact us. We recommend this path:
- Go to your Account page and sign in.
- Click "Manage Subscription" next to your subscription.
- The customer portal opens in a new tab — click Cancel Subscription.
💡 Links inside payment-processor emails may sometimes be blocked by antivirus filters. The path from your platform account is more reliable.
After Cancellation
- You keep your paid access until the end of the current period.
- No future charges will be made.
- Your account automatically returns to the Free Plan.
- You can re-subscribe anytime.
